6.0 EGR Cooler Replacement in East SF Bay Area??

Can someone make a recommendation on a shop in the East SF Bay Area (Concord/Antioch) that can do a quality install on an EGR Cooler / Oil Cooler on an 05 6.0 Super Duty?
Dealer is trying to tell my old man that it is 11 hrs labor. Does that sound right or excessive time?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Mike

Thats too much, its whats called an "overlapping" repair. The Oil cooler pays 6.6 hours, the EGR cooler pays 6.7 BUT you have to remove the intake and EGR cooler in order to access the Oil cooler, so in reality they are trying to charge you as if they were doing each repair seperatley which is a rip off.

Are you somewhat mechanical? Its not that hard of a job for someone with common sense and ambition. Pull the turbo and intake and your there. ONLY difficult part of the job is getting the turbo up-pipe off but with an assistant and a couple swivel sockets its not really that bad. I did my truck (which was the first one I had ever done) in about 4 hours but I do this for a living, its totally doable in one day for the average person.

Ya, I am very mechanical but I'm 370 miles from there at present. Just trying to find someone reasonable that can get it handled.
Thanks for the input on the labor times.
