Pheasants, Quail, Chukar!

Anybody over there on the east side do any bird hunting?
Too much heavy cover and private, posted land on this side.
Anybody got any hot spots on the east side?

Most of the land around here is either posted or is under contract with Wilderness Unlimited. My 3,000 acres is under contract with them, so no bird hunting here unless your a member.......................

Some of the public hunts around here can get crowded and a real zoo, theres more pheasants around town where there is no hunting allowed than out in the farmland, funny to see pheasants in empty lots in Springfield!
About the only bird hunting I might get this year is sniping a grouse with a .22 rifle, out of the cab of the truck on a logging road..........going into the cover to hunt them is hopeless with out a dog and a much younger body.
