auto headlights and keypad entry

Hello fella's, I normally hang out in the 6.0L and superduty section, but my son is looking for an F150 and had what seemed to be a simple question I can't find an answer to. He asked what year and trim level the auto head lights and the keypad entry started on. My 04 SD has both but he has not seen either on any of the 150's he's looked at. Can anyone lead us to what years of trucks to look for?

my buddy has an 05 f-150 lariot that has the auto headlights and keypad entry.

My 01 has the auto headlights, but no keyless entry.

My 1997 XLT was special ordered and had both auto headlights and keyless entry.

We did a little more looking over the weekend. The auto headlight was on a few but never saw the keypad entry. It's not a make or break option just kinda curious.

I have an 01 Super Crew Lariat and it has both.
