C3UZ3504A .. Steering Gearbox / Obsolete

Fits: 1961/64 Econoline / No other gearbox will work.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has ONE = 800-543-4959.

You say the gearbox is history, have you actually taken it apart and looked inside?

These gearboxes develop lots of play, which is usually caused by worn steering shaft bearings and sector shaft bushings.

These exact same parts were used in 1950/60's passenger cars, 1961/64 F100/250's.

If the box is rebuildable, I can find these parts NOS.

If you still have the old box, there is a company named Red-Head Steering Gears, Seattle WA - Red-Head Steering Gears Home.

I would give them a call, I have heard many good things about them.

Mapolo would be better having someone send him one or he get one from one of the aftermarket places since he is Venezula.
