95 f150 supercab 5.0..couple questions...

I know I have a 8.8 Ford rear and a manual BW 13-56 T case, but is my front diff a Dana 44? How tough are these diffs? Off the top of my head I believe my axle code is 17 (its dark outside and cold right now)..is there any way to tell my rear gear ratio from this code? I know its not a limited slip. Another ? I had is this...in many parts cats like Jegs or Summit you will see a listing for say headers for example and it says it will fit like 92-96 F150 302, will parts that have listings like that fit my 5.0? Yes I know its a 302 but I also see things like cylinder heads that specifically state 5.0 and I also see other parts that say 80-96 SB Ford so what fits yanno?

5 liters equals 302 cubic inches, so parts listed for either will fit the motor but may not fit the truck unless specifically stated so. For example several cars also got the 5.0 but exhaust parts are not interchangable between cars and trucks because of the body differences.
