F1 Stake Bed Picture

Can someone point me to or post a picture from the back of a stock F1 Stake Bed? I'm interested in 1950 but I would guess they are all the same. Mainly interested in the taillights.

I bought one and I know the taillights are modern but don't know what they are suppose to be. Not sure if there are other things wrong from the back or not.

The correct taillights are still available from the reproduction vendors. The thing I don't like about them is their visibility, on my F-4 I am going to use the Keystone type taillights used on the mid-50s and up trucks. They still look vintage but have a lot more visibility, which is more important to me.

Thanks to both of you, either would look better than what is on it. I agree visibility is a prime concern. I figured on upgrading to LED or Halogen bulbs. The other trick I have learned is to put a strip of the 3M reflective tape on a cross bar underneath where it isn't very visible unless light hits it. I have done this on my daily driver and trailer.

I don't actually have my new truck home yet, getting it over Thanksgiving, but already trying to learn everything I can. I have been told this is not an original bed but it looks good so I will probably not change it but would like the stock look as much as possible. Here is what mine looks like.

I don't see anything wrong with it at all. The only thing that I would do is build up the rear stake side to match the rest of the sides.

It has a two piece rear stake, the other half is in the bed.

Thanks, that's the picture I probably would have asked for next, if I decide to change taillights.
