Rubber donut
93 F-150 On the frame that holds the spring on the drivers front, were it mounts to the frame there's what looks like a rubber donut with a shaft that that goes thru the frame and has a large nut to hold it in place. This rubber thing has moved out of its seat and I want to know if all I to do is jack it up and re-seat the rubber donut back in its nest and tighten the nut.
Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately That's not gonna be a simple task. If it's off center either the bushing is really worn out or the mount it's attached to is rotted probably both.
In that pic you can buy the set of bushings for roughly $20 but getting it apart is deceptively a pain. It would appear to be "just one bolt" yea, then move it forward to get it apart, there is an axle in the way. Some people remove the mount in any case and if it's rotted that would be the way to go. These things are riveted to the frame, but only cost approx $50. So cut the rivets unbolt the one big bolt take apart and inspect the mount and radius arm for rust. Drill out the rivet holes to 7/16" on frame and mount re-assemble with grade 8 hardware, provided the radius arm is ok. When drilling or cutting rivets beware of hoses and brake lines on the backside of the frame.
