Auto to manual

Im sure this has been asked a thousand times ... but here it goes . I have a 96 F150 reg.cab 4x4 with 5.8 and a 4 speed auto trans. I would like to change it to a manual 5 speed, Is there anywhere I can get a list of what I will need? I know Transmisssion, bellhousing, clutch, pilot bearing, pedals, and linkage ect . Will I need to do anything with the computer? Will I need to change the transfer case? Lots of questions... I know it will take alot of work but I hate automatics. I have owned the truck a few years and it is my daily driver. I think the current tranny is on its way out.... Maybe someone has published the procedure to make this change
Thanks
Paul
