Agreed, but he already has it also. He's got plenty of toys coming for his beast... yes, beast. 6" lift with 37" tires on 20" rims... and that front bumper... WOW.

Anyway, I think the concensus is that it's not "bolted in" per se, but held in place with the top cap & the boots. Have you taken off the hood latch? I do remember now, that needs to come off. Good luck brother!

The 6.0 intercooler is a great mod, especially when a Sponser gives you one for free out of the goodness of his heart!

Sure, I will be happy to give you all that as soon as I find it at the same price as the intercooler I gave to Jeff, LOL.

RRW is Riffraff west. It is the weekend of July 31st I believe. It takes place in Tennessee.

It's a big get together for alot of us guys. Clay holds it and he has a ton of good give aways... (Sticks, Shelby GT500 limited edition painting, gift cards, DP Tuner, etc)

Just out of curiosity why are headers on your list?

Not alot of guys get them till big $$$ engine builds

I'm sorry for not reasearching first, but the 6liter ic does not bolt in??
It did lok like the upper mounting tabs were different but the lower saddle mount looked the same. I know I'll need new ic couplers (I'll get my brother to buy all 6 new for his truck) but how does the ic mount in there. Any pics of the install I can ok at.

I'm just trying to get the info so I can get the 6liter ic into his truck quickly without his wife knowing, lol. Then I get his old one so I can modify it for my truck.

I know RRE is planned (as posted above) but has a date (or the event?) for RRW been confirmed? I didn't make either last year and am fervently hopeful that I could do not just one this coming year...

RRE = Riffraff East (Tennessee)
RRW = Riffraff West (Colorado? hahahaha)

You have to move the stock trans cooler lines (if you can). I didn't think I could move mine safely, but some have managed to put the 6.0 I/C in with the stock cooler. I put the 6.0 trans cooler in first to fix that issue. That should be the only complicating factor. Other than that, all the mounting tabs and such are in the correct places and it drops in place. Other than the boot issue which you already know about, that is all there is to it. Here are some pics of my install -- not too much to see, but that's it...
