2003 Navi Mirrors are possessed!

OK - Just so everyone knows, I searched and still couldn't find my problem. I don't have the reverse tilt issue like everyone else, but instead I seem to have a movement problem.

Using the switch to move the mirrors only results in them going in one direction, no matter which direction I move the switch - It happens for both the pass and drivers side mirror - any thoughts?? Is the switch bad, the mirror motors bad, or something worse??

I would bet a fair amount of $ that you have a bad switch.
