No Brake Fluid

When It came down to replacing a wheel cylinder on a 69 f100 2wd on the Driver side and installing a new 3/16" steel brake line and having every other side bled off, it happens to appear that no fluid from that side only? What gives? Could it be a pinched line ? or contamination?Because every other side works but this one didnt, now im stuck trying remove the rounded off fitting connected to the damn valve, so i'm gonna have to replace the whole line and try to remove it but tried the right size wrench and im not able to fit a vice grip in the spot provided..so im out of thoughts for now? Any advice would be appreciated because Im still thinking of replacing the master cylinder and have to bench bleed it but the line is an issue what did i do wrong?
One thing i'm starting to realize its not always the big stuff that gives you the problems but the little things as well.
