F250 SD V10 ZF547 Trans Noise

Need help diagnosing a rattling noise in my manual Trans.

Recently replaced Clutch, Pressure Plate, Throw out bearing and Pilot bearing. Shortly after replacement started hearing a rattle noise in the trans only when in neutral with the clutch pedal out. I can't tell if I hear the noise when in gear driving but it is very noticeable when in neutral with the clutch out. I have been told that it could be the input shaft bearing. If it was the input shaft bearing how difficult is that to change?

I believe I have the ZFS547 trans

Please help
