460 EFI stroker

Hi, I have a '93 F-350 with a 460 that i'm planning on stroking to 521-545. I'm also hoping to do a mass air conversion to gain the benefits from performance enhancements. I have a '96 F-150 parts truck with 302, 4R70W. I know some people have used the maf from a mustang, but haven't heard anyone using maf from a truck. Anyone had experience with that? I'm also wondering if the computer from the F-150 will correctly control the E4OD that is in my F-350? If not i'll go with a C6 or a manual transmission. Thanks!
