Pioneer AVH6000 in-dash brake bypass? Help

I just purchased and installed a Pioneer AVH6000DVD Double Din in-dash 7" unit for my '06 F150. I installed the player without hooking up the green brake lead yet because I want to make DVDs play while in motion. How would I go about doing this? Simply hooking the brake wire to a ground does not work, maybe a switch would...Let me know if anyone knows how to do this, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks... -Ryan
