airdog 130/75

I was wondering if any has installed this pump exculsive for powerstoke . It has an adjustable regulator built in up to 75 psi . I've had so many issues wiyh the fuel system . It keeps blowing the fuel bowl gaskets . I took the shim out . Cleaned the regulator . It suffers from #8 starvation . I have also ordered a return line . I did an in tank mod from dfuser .I have the programer set on emission . I also did the fuel bowl spring and plunger delete as well as the banjo fitting mod . I even changed the cps to an International one . Does someome have any suggestions ?

Thank you ,
John

If you are blowing the fuel filter gaskets then I would say that the Airdog II isn't going to solve it. It sounds like you have something blocking your return line. Do you have a fuel gauge? What is your fuel pressure? If your #8 is having issues then you need something like an FRx or CCK. As far as the AirDog II, they seem to be great on filteration and as a pump, just a little pricey.

I have taken apart everyting and cleaned it. I did find a thread off the lid in the fpr . I also took my shim out .I'll start out @ 62 to 75 psi then it 's up to 93 @ times ? I ordered a cck from dino fuel alt . Do you think the $190.00 adv auto pump would have an effect on anything ? (I knew needed an air dog but it was 2-3 weeks out due to thier move) and it couldnt stayed parked . It has a 1 to 2 second sputter while taking off sometimes . The reason I went with the air dog was quieting the "crackle" by removing entrained air as well as the 75 psi max .
