Put These on Your Doors?

Anyone else besides me thinking about placing one of these Diesel Emblems, Ford Power Stroke and International Emblems on each of their front doors at the appropriote location (like all the PSD trucks)? I don't know why Ford didn't put them on our Superduty's, but I'm thinking the all chrome version would look nice on mine. http://www.fordemblem.com/diesel/ -
Also, could Yellowsled or VaSheriff find me a better price than $53?
http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/89...t-is-nice.html THANKS

Yeah, I don`t know why Ford de-badged the X? I installed the Factory V-10 badges from an 06. they look better than the early V-10 badge and dress up the fenders just enough.

IGM (I Gots Mine) I think it is necessary. Once my creativity kicks in I want to get some custom badges from billetbadges.com.

Yeah I see it now on your door! You (from what I can barely see) went with the red accented one, which pops well with your rims. They were really easy to install correctly (put there and stay there), right? I know I'd have to drill 2 holes per door..... but it'll make her look better

No they just stick on I think the only badges with guide posts are the Excursion badges on the front fenders, maybe the ones on the back doors too. No holes necessary, they come with double sided tape. Find a buddies truck get measurements wipe off area w/ alcohol and stick on. I use a pressure washer to get the big stuff off my truck and some of the red is flaking off the badges...FYI

No way I'm putting engine badges on my truck!

At least now all the diesel bullies have to look at my tailpipe before they start mocking my wimpy V10.

What? No "Corn Binder" badges?

I like the price of the International ones...

I got mine on ebay a few years ago. I put them on the doors and one on the back door. The red in the emblem looks good on the red Ex.

And they are just peel and stick.

I like 06 V10 triton emblems. Wish to put them on,but at 72$ a pair it's bit 2 xpensive to loose them.
Had my 2 originals stolen by some a$$ hole collectioneer.

VaSheriff has a good reputation on FTE. VaSheriff has a good reputation on FTE.
Whenever I see them, I have sympathy for the driver.

Never know how much he/she spends to stay on the road if they have a 6.0L.

I agree JD, but some people just can't get over their impotence.

Wash, wipe, measure and stick.... even I can do that... and no drill holes.... NICE. I can do the PSD badges of pride. But, I also want to key the enviros off my back, so I need either a biodiesel emblem for the back. Also, I remember a while back one of us cool dudes had a Hybrid badges tacked on their X.... LOVED IT.

I put the chrome and black emblems on my doors - just peel and stick, after measuring. Very simple addition and looks tight. I like the chrome and black cause it somewhat matches the Excursion emblem. Along with my fat exhaust tip, the emblems make the Ex even more formidable.
