Loud clunking/knocking, possibly coming from drivetrain?

I've got a loud knocking noise in my '93 F-150, the shocks are blown and it started happening when I hit 3 pot holes going about 40mph. Slight vibration with the noise.

35" tires with rancho lift kit and body lift. All tires are balanced, front end is aligned, recently replaced some of the steering linkage and all steering components are greased. So I am thinking its the driveshaft? Truck has 165k miles, new engine but original E4OD tranny.

The knocking seems to quiet down when braking but seems to be loudest when I take my foot off the throttle w/ no brake and when first accelerating.

Truck has been sitting in my driveway since it happened, I'm afraid it's gonna die on the road, need to diagnose this so I can fix, please help
