Need help on engine rebuild

I was pulling the heads off, and broke one of the plastic pieces that hold the rocker arms on. Where can I get a new one fast. oh and one more thing. when pulling the rods I wasnt thinking, I set them in order they came out, but didnt pay attention to witch side was up and witch was down. I assume the brass side goes towards the rockers. Is this correct?
