Need BIG torque wrench (at least 400 lbft) what do you recommend?

I will be putting a lift on my truck and need to torque some fasteners the biggest of which requires 400 lbft. I was looking at one from harbor frieght. Pittsburgh brand 100-600 lbft for $80. I know it is cheap. I already have a 150 lbft torque wrench for the smaller stuff. There are about 10 bolts that need greater that 150 lbft on my lift. I really don't want to spend $400 plus for a tool that will get used very rarely. But I don't know if the Pittsburgh one from HF will do the job or should I stay away. Thanks for any input.

I got 3 HF torque wrenches. I have used them for engine and trans assembly and they work just fine. I have seen those same wrenches sold under different names for 2 or 3 times the cost. Just zero them out when your done they will last along time. I have seen that big wrench you mentioned it's like 5' long.. a beast!

Best (and cheapest) torque wrench you can buy is the bending beam style. Remains accurate forever. If the pointer is bent all you have to do is bend it back so it points to zero. Only problem is sometimes you have to have someone else read it while you are pulling if you are using it to very high torque loads.
