Lost all power while driving

My truck was running fine. Was driving, dome light came on like a door had opened and all power was gone, steering, brakes, and engine. Was able to steer and stop in Cadillac lot. Was not able to put car in neutral to push, someone helped to put in neutral from underneath. While trying to push, could not get the steering wheel unlocked. Tried to jump nothing, not even sparks.

Any suggestions would be great. Car is at the lot, need to fine out if this is something I can fix of if I need to let the professional do it.

Thanks

Sounds like maybe your alternator failed. Check all of the large fuses in the power distribution box under the hood. One of the main fuses may have blown.

Oh and welcome to the forum
