Almost complete 400 Ford

Category: Engine - Complete Motors
Price: $650
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): IN
Item Condition: Used
Engine: Part suitable for gas truck

Although I don't want to I am selling my 400 rebuild project. The block is completely machined and the lower end is assembled. The block was bored 60 over, w/new cam bearing and freeze plugs. I bought a complete engine kit from T Meyer. It came with pistons. oil pump, gaskets, and a few other misc. items. Also ordered with the kit was a custom grind cam, it is a small base circle cam so it can be used with factory roller lifters, which are included. There is only a few parts needed to finish the motor, including push rods, rockers, and other small items. I know I have forgotten some items but please send me any e-mails with any questions. I don't want to get rid of it but I have way to many projects going on right now. I prefer the motor be picked up. I am located in Northern Indiana, just minutes from South Bend. E-mail with any questions Cutls1967@verizon.net Price is negotiable. I can e-mail any pics you would need.

Thanks Stephan

I forgot I have a complete set of heads that go with the motor. The will need a valve job and valve springs to match the cam. Also going along with the motor is a set of polished valve covers and an Edelbrock dual plane intake.
