85 300 timing

Got an 85 Bronco with the 300 6cyl and a 4 speed granny low. I need the timing specs since the emissions sticker is long gone. Been a long time since I've posted so any info would be appreciated.

The ignition timing is going to be 10 degrees before top dead center, I know that right off the bat, is that what you're asking?
