DHRA is gone???? And Texas race scheduale for next season?
So I was just on DHRA's website and it says that they are liquidating all of there equiptment and selling there name and logo/trademarks. When did this happen?? And how are we supposed to follow diesel drag events now? And I'm trying to plan my trip to Texas for July of 2010 and I want to make sure I hit atleast one diesel event while I'm down there. Is there anyway to know when they will be this soon? Thanks

i sure hope so cuz it will get to be really hard to follow along with how the events are going and where they are going to be held. I was really just looking forward to being able to find out when i should plan on my trip, or atleast to get a general idea. Oh ya and the auction is set for June 12th or something like that of next year and they have an '08 F-350 PSD thats obviously all done up.

Sorry guys, but that was posted like January '09.
They closed up long time ago...

NHRDA is where it's at now. They have lots of races all around the country and are growing every year, and are a great bunch of guys to work with.

you might also check out NADM, but i'm not sure how many races they will have in texas next year. the one i was at a few weeks ago was an NADM race. not sure if they will have next years schedule yet or not..

Schedules evovle from January through April, usually.
In the North East, NHRDA usually has races in Eastern PA, Eastern NY, Maryland, and once in NJ I think. ALso one here in OH, and the nationals in Indy and Bowling Green KY.

I don't know of any NADM races anywhere in this part of the country, but I haven't followed them that much, either.
