I saw this also Don. The Goodyear Silent Armors I put on my truck last year have already jumped almost $30 per tire since January '09.

that's what happens when you allow ALL your manufacturing to go overseas.

It is all about what was written into the "Stimulus" bill, who wrote it, it's intent, and that is about all I can say without discussing it outside Club FTE because doing so would violate guidelines for this forum.

It has nothing to do with overseas manufacturing , REALLY.

Though it is true it will cost $30-80 more per tire, guess it is a good thing I have been buying rims and tires early including some just to have for the next two years or so
