78 F-150 hard to turn right

I have a 78 F-150 and it seems like when I turn to the right the power steering is fine but boy try to turn to the left and it seems like I have no power steering. Is this in teh power steering which whines a little or should I be looking into the drag links and such. I have done nothing to it this problem just seemed to come up on its own.

This is usually internal to the steering gear box. If it's original you probably need a rebuild. I would get a new one from Napa and a new pump and lines to go with it. Often if you only change one part of the power steering system the other part will fail soon after, or even worse, the new box can fail.
