Talking HELP!

hey guys having problems with starting my 01 7.3 powerstroke if i dnt plug it in overnight it wont start iv checked the glow pluugs there good .new batterys /wire harness for glow plugs and injectors on both sides are brand new .im getting codes p306/p113 and when i do drive it it smokes on take off all white smoke it feels like serius turbo lag and once the motor gets to about 1800-2200 rpm it clears up no more smoke . till next take off when its hotter out side it does not smoke as much.but still sputters i would any help i can get Thanks

Welcome to FTE. Did you check the Glow Plug Relal itself or just the Glow Plugs? If so how did you check it/

well i was told to take a ohm meter and test the wires to see if it came back at 12 volts so i had my buddy do it and he said it was fine . And no i have not checked the other how do u do that.oh and thanks for the reply
