Two weeks ago my wife had a biopsy on a mole on her arm. Last Friday they called and told her to come in today and have it removed because it was cancerous (Melanoma, skin cancer)! That is what killed her brother 15 years ago. They told him he had skin cancer and he died 3 weeks later.
This weekend was a living hell on both of us. The fear of the unknown was eating us up. So today we go to the hospital to have it removed and guess what..........THEY MADE A MISTAKE!!!!!!! It was not cancerous at all!
I flipped out and had to be "removed" by security. If I could find out the name of the Tech that made the "mistake" they would never find the body.
I'm so GD mad I could kill the bast**d!
Sorry for the rant, but I just had to get it off my chest........................

Your right Jr, it was good news today! I still want to choke the living crap out of somebody tho.................
Cancer is something that scares the hell out of my wife. She has cancer on both sides of her family, and was terrified all weekend.
Yes, Jr would know that a neg report would be good, his wife has Melanoma, we only wish it was a false positive.

I'm so sorry to hear that Dave. I hope she's doing OK.
This wasn't a false positive. The put the wrong name on the report.............
Dave?
Wrong name is very bad, I work is a medical office, and with the computer records, if you put something in the wrong chart, you can not take it out, onle revise. So if something is put in wrong, it stays and another note has to be put in, but when anyone looks at the record you will see the wrong note and followed by the revision. Sucks that you can not take it out.
