For starters, assuming by stiff knees you mean stiff springs, leave the rear alone and soften up the front. You want the front end to be sitting on or as close as possible to the bump stops. Also if you don't have them already, some form of traction/ladder bar on the rear axle as well as blocks to make the rear end solid will also help. Another thing would be to lower the air pressure in your front tires down as low as 15 lbs or so. As for the rear tires I'd try them at around 30-40 psi and see how that works. Also running some form of front weight bracket should help. However, all of these things will make your truck hook harder and you may find the weakest link of your drivetrain...

i have looked into building traction bars and weight racks this winter . i am also going tro remove some of the front springs so it will be lower to the bump gaurds . as far as the drive train issue thats just something that is going to happen no matter if it is a band new truck or an old truck but thats just something that i will have to replace when it breaks

if youre not worried about finding your drivetrain's weak links, just go with what blakem_85 already said. get some vids of your truck pullin and post em up sometime too!
