2000 Ecursion Limited. How do this thing come off? I'm trying to repair my heated seat and this is holding me up. I have a 5" thick factory manual and all it says is, 'remove lumbar knob'. DUH! I've searched as well. Thanks.

Heated seats? Usually there's a burnt wire or two that connects to two heating pads together under each front seat cover, thigh and butt. You need to pull the cover and replace the burnt section of wire with a new larger piece. I don't have a good link but if you do a search for heated seats, a repair thread should come up.
