I have a 2001 F250 V10 that is hard to start the first time I crank it in the morning. I have to step on the accelerator to get it to run. I have changed the plugs and the fuel filter. Any Ideas
The battery is new. Would the IAC need to be replaced or can it be adjusted. If replacing is the answer do you know the $ and is it a do it yourself kind of job? Thanks for all the info!
You replace it, I rate it as an easy, 60.00 at autozone.
It doesn't sound flooded or something weird in the morning it justwon't catch until you give it some throttle and it will start and then idle. AutoZone.com | | Idle Air Control Valve | THROTTLE AIR BYPASS VALV

I have a 99 f350 v10 and it's doing the samething as the other guy but the only question i have is would it still be the iac if it will start sometimes and other times it will be just turning over for a minute then start? I think it's the iac but just checking?
