Does the pcm have to be programmed if replaced or is it just a plug and play?

You should not have to program the pcm but want to make sure that the code on the pcm matches up. Also, you might try to unplug the eot sensor and turn on the key. This is suppose to energize the glow plugs for two minutes.

The eot seemed to be fine during scans but I will try it. Where is it located and can it be uplugged right at the sensor or is it tied into a harness of some sort.

Thanks for the info
