Thanks guys for dropping in. The pig tasted as good as it looked. Cooked it about 16 1/2 hrs, it just fell off the bone, outta that much pig we had 3-1 gallon bags of meat left over. We're fixin to eat some in a few minutes. Ya'll come on down and eat with us!

You guys make a road trip and come on down. I've got plans to make a bigger smoker... hopefully this winter. I want one that I can throw a whole hog on and let it smoke. I'll cook for everyone.
