Here at my humble abode...Pig weighs 82lbs. 5ft tip to tip. First two pics at 10:30 Friday night.

Second two are 12:30 Saturday afternoon..getting close..

Had my Thanksgiving dinner/lunch today. I'm still full as a tick.

Thanks guys for dropping in. The pig tasted as good as it looked. Cooked it about 16 1/2 hrs, it just fell off the bone, outta that much pig we had 3-1 gallon bags of meat left over. We're fixin to eat some in a few minutes. Ya'll come on down and eat with us!

 

man that sounds great. there's nothing in the world better than good barby, good friends, and a whole bunch of story tellin. mabe in spring, I may have to make a road trip!!!!

Barry, from all the way down here in Kentwood, I knew I smelled something good cooking, but I couldn't figure were it was coming from!!!

 

You guys make a road trip and come on down. I've got plans to make a bigger smoker... hopefully this winter. I want one that I can throw a whole hog on and let it smoke. I'll cook for everyone.
