Welcome to November. i just got back to crowville a little while ago. We stayed in vidalia Fri and Sat. Last night we probably had 3000 people come thru. We cooked 600 hot dogs. We had about a dozen left. The kids had fun.

Hey Robert, sounds like y'all had great time, there wasn't much going on around here, Karen was out of town, and I just didn't turn on the outside lights so the Trick Treaters wouldn't stop, if she had been here it would be fun, but when she isn't I just turn into an OLD Scrooge, and eat all of the candy myself!!! LOL,LOL

Johnny, It's kinda like the big crawfish pots, I know you know what those look like..The turkey pot is not as big around. You can buy the "kit" pretty much anywhere. I would suggest to you to fry one, they are tasty and moist. I usually inject the turkey first with a marinade then fry it for like 2.5 minutes per pound. I don't buy a turkey more than 12 lbs the bigger ones are just too big. A few years back at Christmas I fried 9 turkeys for family and friends.

Robert, be careful down in New Orleans, there will be a lot of Dirty Birds( Atlanta Falcons) hanging out down there, especially if they win tonight, it could get kinda wild and crazy
