I was scouring the internet again for parts deals and came across a guy nearby me that is parting out his '56 f100. He has a camaro front end with disc conversion and a dana 44 rearend. Wants $500 for the whole truck. Is this a good deal? Not sure what all is useable on it because he hasn't posted any pics. I am kind of hesitant because I don't want my yard turning into a parking lot!!

 

LOL....I have 8 trucks and my place is neat as can be. 500 sounds real good price,as long as it isn't all rotted out....Bill

 

My fondest memories are when I had several trucks grazing in the yard. Every day when I came home from work my trucks would greet me... My wife didn't like that and I had to build a garage to house them... When google did their arial photos for mapping they did it back when I had several trucks in the yard... Some times I google and zoom to remember the good old days.

Sounds like a good deal but you got to see it.
