So I got out of my truck and went into the house for a couple hours. Went back out to look at a new plan for my mustang project. I went to turn the headlights on the truck for some light under the hood of the mustang. The truck lights came on for about 3 minutes before going dim. I thought my battery was crapping out(only 2 years old) and when I pulled the keys out the headlights didn't go off after the normal one minute delay. WTF. So I messed with the headlight switch thinking I had moved it to the on position. Nope. I pulled the headlight fuse and the ambers and tailights stayed on as well as all the dashlights. So I disconnected the battery and put the fuses back in.
I'm not sure what's up with this situation, anyone heard of this or had this happen to them? Thanx for any input.
There is a electronic controler box that controls your lights. I think it is behind the back seat, but I could be wrong..
