I do make a mean paella... my jambalaya's not bad, either. And you've not eaten til you've had my lasagna.

We have a toaster oven, 2 coffee pots, a water cooler, and a full size refrigerator but no stive or microwave. besides cold leftovers is actually a good thing. ( must be a public safety thing, everyone I know that isnt in public safety cant stand eating cold leftovers).

Arlene I make a mean chili, as well as a mean spaghetti sauce( I do add a little red wine to my spaghetti sauce by the way just to make it happy, not to mwention maybe a glass to make the cook happy as well). And I make a wicked cheesecake.
