Speaking of the 'pockets' at the end of the driveway..... been doing that for years and I actually do it on both sides. I am on a hill so the upper one is about 15' long and 6-8' deep. That way there is no snowpile blocking the view up the road and it gives the plow more room to dump the snow. The one that is on the down hill sideis about the same size and it gives me a spot to put the snow if it is too heavy and again eliminates the pile at the end of the driveway. This year will be interesting with the new snowblower to see how well it works.

nuttin... just listenin to music... was outside a bit ago trying to trouble shoot my trucks "richie" echaust smell but found out its coming from somewhere else... due to another problem..
