I don't know if that would work it's awful low to the ground and it looks like it don't have coil or leaf springs under it thinks it would bounce around alot

its got a water heater, so if I modified it, I could set it up for outside showers, it has a built in BBQ grill, lots of compartments for storage, larger tires, its own battery, so I could set it up with yard lights, and other amenities.

I will go by and look at it today, hopefully they can tell me something about it. I like the idea of a hot water heater, I had never thought of that before, but it would be nice for washing dishes, taking showers, if I set myself up a shower of sorts, maybe out of tarp and pvc, out at the camp site. Have to give that some thought. a built in Bbq would be nice also, I don't suppose I would need a smoker on it, although for local camping it would come in handy. it also had a cooler of some kind, I will look into that , maybe I just have to build myself one of my own, if this one can't be bought, but i am starting to like this one more and more. I don't think I need the dog kennels, but separate storage for clothes, tent, chairs, food, and whatnot would be really really handy. Rather than having everything piled up on top of everything else, and having to unstack everything.
Of course, I have to keep in mind how much its going to weigh, because stock, sad to say, the rubicon only has a tow capacity of 1000 lbs. but then again, mine isn't anywhere near stock.

Yup I had the same idea. That's one of my Ranger PU type major mods. Might check around for rv type water heaters. And rv 12 water pumps. This place has lots of ideas: Camping Shower - Camping & Hiking - Compare Prices, Reviews and Buy at NexTag - Price - Review You could make a shelter out of a tarp pretty easy. Or maybe you could find and old metal sprayer/fire extinguisher at a garage sale. Then use your campstove. I planed on an on board water and fuel tanks on my little trailer with a fold up/down rod to hold the shower. Just need plastic mini pallet to stand on. Then a rv water heater for hot and cold water. And a fuel transfer pump. Say 25 galons of each fuel and water.
But then I decided on the Ranger pu with that stuff in the back route. But thats a year and a half away at the inside.
