Holes in the inside of bed (For brackets?)

There are three sets of holes each side of of bed on the inside wall. Is this for brackets and if so where would I get them. There are also larger holes by the tailgate, what are these used for? Note to Ford, the installed tie down mini brackets that are stock are terribly small and almost useless. Does anyone know if they sell larger ones?

Thanks

do you have the 6.5' bed? I assume the holes along the sides are for the cargo management system, and the holes near the tailgate are for the bed extender. Not sure if larger tie down brackets are available...
