Not having the bolt torqued down will eventually be a very bad thing to your motor.
Before you try and replace the bolt, you've got to know why it was glued

and not torqued down. Did the threads in the crankshaft strip out? Is the bolt broken off inside there? Was it the right size bolt to begin with?
You would replace it with a fine threaded bolt, I'm not sure of exact diameter. You can probably find one at a junk yard, and you want the washer as well.
If it was me, I would not try to put a replacement bolt in there without first understanding exactly why it was glued. Could be bigger problems.
If you get to the point of installing a replacement, don't forget to torque the bolt to specs.
