BTS is in!!!!

Well, installed my BTS and 6.0 31 row Trans cooler. Was a long day, definitely wanted to make sure everything was done right and go back over everything to make sure i didnt forget anything. The Transcooler was being a pain, but we got it. Wish i would have done this a long time ago, but nonetheless, happy it is finally done. One mod down, a few more to go. Next up, Hybrid Injectors.

Brendan it feels like you did a power mod when you get a BTS. there is no more play from off the gas to on it. it flows so much smoother and when you dial up the power on your chip there is no more struggling feeling in the driveline. it just straight up goes. its worth every penny.....

good to know! Very descriptive & exactly what I was looking for in a response. Now I just need to start having the pennies flow back in, instead of just out...

Congrats Ken. Only thing is, you need to give us more detail on how it is working for you. Come on man.

I don't think I can't wait much longer to get a BTS. It's killing me.

You know the feeling when you install your DP for the first time? That's what it feels like. Just night and day - plain and simple.

Thats exactly right Chris. The power is there, no more hard shifts, the shifts are nice and smooth, and it just feels like the power gets right to the ground. No more delayed shifts(never slipped), just like any HP mod, day and night difference.

Thanks guys, u will love this trans, you cant go wrong. I went back and forth between a JW or a BTS, and finally decided on a BTS because of the BTS dealer here in town, i am not looking back on my decision. it definitely lives up to everything that everyone hypes it up to be

by the way, anyone know how to adjust the GEar Selector indicator? The indicator isnt quite on the the gear it should be. When in drive, the indicator is closer to Neutral.

that is down on the trans where the shifter cable hooks up. you have to un clip the little yellow tab then slide it where you want it.

what i did what put the truck in N then went down and un hooked it. then had someone hold the lever in the cab right on N and then i hooked it back up.

If you take off the fuse panel cover under your steering wheel, there is a small black adjustment wheel. I'll try to get a pic for you... i know I have one SOMEWHERE on this computer... ugh. Fedora & bullwhip; check! Here I go..
