I , unfortunately , am under ins co control , if I have an entire veh to spray , I have to abide by a material cap . If I 'm lucky , it will be $450.00 for a complete . compact car or a super duty truck does not matter .

I prefer slower as well . hotter the better ...

I have a 94 honda here now , needing a door handle , I painted most of the car in 96 (vandalism). The factory paint is for all intents & purposes , gone . my paint still looks good . no garage , & by the looks of it now , not very well taken care of ...

Yep, insurance companies are crap and I'm sorry you have to deal with them. How many cars do you put out a week? Big shop or small shop?

The Shop is 10,000 square Ft, I have half that I use for storage . Business is down 50% from last year at this time (Michigan economy), 10 working stalls plus paint & frame. I usually can do 4-6 myself. Most of the work is in monday & out by friday .I don't do many hard hits unless it is something I bought May only do 1 Hard hit per mo these days , not much money in them (& air bag deployment will total most of them ). no of employees varies with the season . I have also got about 5 project cars in various stages of repair , one 70 Mach 1 that has been ready for paint for 12 -13 years ..

Mine's a 351 Cleveland 4V 4spd. Far from finished. Paint people never seem to have painted cars. I'm going to try to prove that wrong this weekend though. Going to try to paint my Bronco. We'll see.

Isn't that illegal to show on this website? Haha. My dad has a 1979 Mustang Pace car. Its not the prettiest of Mustangs, but the VIN ends with 000001. Its the first one they made and its been sitting in his garage for as long as I can remember.
