Need help..SCT w/ Edge Insight +Eric's Tunes

Hello,

My edge insight gauge shows N/A on some readings when custom tune is loaded. The readings shows as they should when returned to stock. I called SCT, they don't seem to know what's going on. Eric seem to think it's not his problem. I don't think it's the Insight b/c the reading are all ok on stock file. Anyone having similar issue? What's the fix? Thank you...

..Torque Slip, Trans Temp, Boost etc....those show readings when running on stock. It's strange..I called sct, idp and edge..They're working on it (so they say)...
