poor accelaration

My 1986 Bronco with a 5.0 EFI automatic has no power at low RPMs in drive or reverse. Out of gear it idles fine and revs with no heasitation. In drive or reverse it feels like I am starting in a high gear if it was a manual transmition, or like it is cold and the choke is stuck if it had a carb or as if it is missing, when I get over 1500 RPMs it seems to run ok. . I have changed all fluids and filters, plugs wires and cap and roter. we checked the timiing, compression is between 140 & 150 on all cylinders, fuel pressure is at 35 at idle and increased to 45 as the RPMs increased. When we put a vaccume on the EGR it stalled the engine at 10 psi. My code reader gave a code 11 engine off. but the continous codes are 31, 53, 63 and engine running are 34 and 44. Can someone help me figure out what needs to be replaced or cleaned?

what size tires are you running and what gear ratio is in your axles?. what tranny do you have AOD or C6? when you checked the timing was that with the spout connector removed and what did it show? what plugs/wires are you running. have you looked up those codes if so post up there meaning otherwise look them up at Ford Fuel Injection

the tires are 30x10.50/15 not sure about gear ratio or tranny. all I know is it is automaitc with overdrive. we did remove the spout conector ant it was 10degrese btdc like the tag and book said. code 34 is defective EGR presure sensor and 44 thermactor air system fault. The problem started suddenly a few days ago and is only in gear at below 1500 RPM

if you have OD then you are running an AOD. sounds like your TV cable needs adjusted. I would take it to a shop and have it done there because if its not done correctly you will fry the tranny FAST.
