pumper is starting off with a positive reputation.
87 f350 6.9l

The truck has been very hard to start lately. The "wait to start light" stopped lighting when turning the key to the on position. I checked at the glow plugs and get 0 volts. I checked at the relay and it has power, and receives the 12v signal from the ignition to turn on.. But no power to the gp's? Any ideas? Is just the relay bad or is the controller bad? I want to get a few opinions before I go to buying un needed parts. Thanks guys.

What Red says. Go a few lines down from this page to the pre-power stroke page and post there.
Pretty sure the `87 has the later type system where the white wire is grounded to engage the relay. You could try grounding the white wire post and see if the relay clicks.
