OLDER CARTER YF PART #



Can anyone help me Im looking for a Carter yf single barrel with manual choke, old old school. What yr would that be for the most basic one with nothing extra on .. (no emissions) 1970's some where i believe.My local guy says he needs a part number. thanks

Let me check with my brother on this one. I can't recall off the top of my head but he still rebuilds the occasional YF.

Thanks Greystreak I have rebuilt the two im using but I want to get the manual choke one as I can swap one so it wont cost me anything. Then I will have one of each but I dont know what year it was I thought 72 or 71 ..

They are easy carbs to deal with but the choke gets tempermental in the winter months. I appreciate it. thanks
