78' Crew Cab 2wd dually Short bed Cummins

Might as well let you guys help/critique my latest project.
What I'm doing and what I started with-
91.5 Dodge Cummins 5spd dually
78' F350 srw 2wd Crew Cab Long bed.
I'm cutting the bed/frame behind the cab down 12" and regrafting without the front fuel door. I'm useing a GM corp 14 bolt drw 4.10 open rear, and 76' F350 drw front hub/disc assm. Useing the smallish rear wheel skirts from th Dodge.
So far all I've done is the teardown and thus have rekindled my old flame for these trucks. Now I've got my eyes on a 79 4wd 1/2 extcab long bed which you all know was the only 1/2 with leaf springs (I despise PHB's). This will be getting a 4bt if I get it. If I get this 1 I'll post pics and begin another thread.

Meanwhile here's what I have!

The rust is minimal though after pullin the carpet I found inside-out pinholes, the floors will be cut/welded and get a 1/4" think layer of bed liner. The roof is rusted as well down to the gutters. The seats are there but will be re-upolstered in black cloth. The door panels that are good will be painted with that lawn chair flat black rattle can paint. New dashpad and sliding rear window and that about it. I have to replace the headliner but don't know what I'm doing there yet.

Here's what I'm going for, you'll have to imagine the wheel skirts and good paint.

This is how far I've gotten.

The Cummins will set nearly in the same spot as the 351/400 did. I'm hoping to keep the AC.
Here are some parts I scored at the crushers. The hood is perfect except for 1 small hail ding, I think it will push-out with out filler. I got this and a near perfect 79' grill shell and acc for $45!!!!!

Though I've done many builds this will only be my 2nd crew cab build. Even Ford guys should be able to apreciat my first. I made this out of a 86' CC dually 2wd, a 77' longbed 4x4 1/2 ton and a 2wd 1/2 ton short bed.
The CC had a rebuilt 454 and newer front clip. I used a TH350/np208 and the 77 1/2 ton 3.42 axles and grafted the 77 and the short bed frames together then plated with a 3ft piece of custom bent c-channel. Check out those body lines!!!!

Well I haven't done much lately, got the front hubs done and started cutting the bed. Hopefully it won't rain and I can get out there next weekend.
