ND, NEED HELP!!!

Well, I'm sure Bill know's the answer, but anyone else can help to if they know, Well, the set screws in my door handles and window cranks are all shot save one, actually the two door handles need to drill out (One might get replaced). Does anyone sell the set screws or would I need to go to a specialty hardware store? or just buy new handles?

Driver's side handle had a very wrong screw put in it at one point, bout inch and a quarter long, and wrong thread, when I tried to use a vice grip to get it out I coulda sworn the darn thing was made of lead!
