WTB F-600 or Bigger F-series

Like the title says I'm looking for a F-600 or bigger truck. I dont need to haul anything I just want a big truck I can restore and until then use as my daily driver without a ton of work...let me know what you have no matter the condition.

Thanks

If you're willing to travel a bit, I suggest looking in the Montana craigslist adds, I see A LOT of F-600s from '52-56. It's where I got mine. Some great deals.

(I can remember a '55 F-600 that drove for $250)

thanks for the heads up. Im home now on christmas leave from basic training so im not going to have much time to look for anything. Hell I'll try to find something when I get back in April. I have nothing but time. If anyone does come across a sweet deal hit me up on here because my wife does check this while Im away.

Jason,
I'm in Akron Ohio with a 56 F600 runs, drives, has 6 new tires and brakes. Some engine work has also been done. Has a 12 foot flat bed that needs work and some minor rust.

email me bigwin56f100 @ Yahoo . com (put it all together)

Its a nice truck and a real value compared to what others are asking for their junk. I'm a 25 year expert on 53-56 ford trucks and even if you dont buy one from me I have a barn full of clean rust free parts that I'm in the process of selling. $1800 firm

Let me know,
Kevin Bigwin

It was nice talking to you,and unlike others, I have a wide selection for you....don't you think....haha
The 57F600 would be the best one as far as what we spoke of.
The bed is really nice....not a steel homemade hunk of crap, that would need to be scrapped... It is a really cool looking machine, and hope you have a good trip.

Thank you for the response. The truck is located in Franklintown, PA. It is stored in a garage and has not been inspected since 1997. It was last used to haul wood and pull a John Deer bull dozer.

So you do have a truck...just not running now and so you want a parts truck...or another complete truck to drive and haul with?

What year is it? Let me know...I have 2 sets of 1953-56 front fenders and not a fortune.
I also have power brake boosters for these trucks and steering columns and cabs and inner fenders, etc, etc...or complete trucks as I have told you already.
Sounds like you caught the ole truck bug like us....Bill
