frontend noise

I have a 99 f250 cc 4x4 psd auto
Problem I have a noise coming for the drivers side front wheel. Their is a rumbleing sound that comes and gose. their is also a woo woo like a rotation noise.
When the truck is jacked up the wheel spins freely.
What dose a wheel bearning going out sound like? what else should I look for?
On my last truck the made the woo woo sound I had to replace the lockout hubs. I did that on this truck but still the same sound.
thanks for the help

also one last question
sometime when putting the truck into dirve their is a pause before it whats to go. Is the pump getting week?
thanks again

Sounds like front pump and hard seals. Sounds like wheel bearing.
